This page is designed to answer your questions about ordering a custom cake for your special event.

Krazy About Cake specializes in custom cakes of all kinds for Weddings, Birthdays, Showers, Corporate Events, etc.  We encourage you to book early and check availability to see if your date is available.

We are a custom bakery and there is NO Drop in Traffic. Consultations and Tastings are available by appointment only.

When placing an order for special occasion cakes, please use the following steps.

1. Check our availability to see if your date is available.

   Cakes cannot be ordered online.
   
   
2. All orders are based on how many people are going to be served.
   
   
3. Choose a flavor for your cake, filling and icing.
   
   
4. Choose the shape of your cake - round, square, heart shaped, sculpted 3D or sheet cake.  If you have a picture or idea of a cake you want please submit that via email.  Tell us the colors or theme for the special event.
   
   
5. All cake orders require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed to reserve your date.  The deposit will be applied to your final cake order.

Diaper & Towel Cakes:

Krazy About Cake also makes non-edible cakes, such as Diaper Cakes for baby showers and Wedding Cakes made from towels for bridal showers.

Prices start at $60.00 for Diaper Cakes or Wedding Cakes made from towels.

These cakes are great for decoration at the baby or bridal shower and also are useful afterward.

Cake Pricing:

Your cost for cake ingredients are minimal. Time and design variations are the most costly factors in determining the final price of your cake.  This is why we highly recommend setting up a FREE consultation.  Bookings are made on a first-come, first-pay basis.  Your date is not reserved until we have received a deposit from you.

There is a minimum $50.00 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date.  This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your cake.  Payment in full is required 30 days before your event.

A deposit is required for cake decorations, such as pillars, decorative cake trays, cake stands, fountains, etc. Deposit will be refunded upon return of decorative items that are cleaned and undamaged.  

A $35.00 delivery and setup fee will be charged on all cakes within a 10-mile radius of Krazy About Cake. All other delivery and setup fees will be figured based on mileage calculated by Google maps. 

If you choose to pick up your order, Krazy About Cake is not liable for any damage that occurrs once the cake leaves Krazy About Cake's property.

Sheet Cake Prices: 

Standard Cake Yellow or Chocolate Buttercream Filling  and Buttercream Frosting
1/4 Sheet Cake, 12" x 9" - starts at $35.00. Feeds up to 45.
1/2 Sheet Cake, 12" x 18" - starts at $45.00. Feeds up to 72.
Full Sheet Cake, 24" x 18" - starts at $65.00. Feeds up to 144.

Serving size is based on a 2" x 2" piece of cake.

Depending on decoration, other than basic boarders, additional charge will be determined by the detail of the design.

Price for premium cake flavors and fillings will be determined at time of consultation.

Cake Tastings are available for $25.00, nonrefundable. The tasting fee will be applied to the final total of your order. All cake tastings are By Appointment Only and the fee must be paid 1 week prior to the tasting.

Cupcake Prices: 

Krazy About Cake can create Krazy cupcakes to compliment your special occasion or event. Cupcakes are available in many flavors with a variety of frostings and fillings.  Pricing starts at $18.00 per dozen. 

Cupcakes are great for Corporate Meetings, Graduations, Weddings, Showers, Housewarming Gifts, Hostess Gifts, Top Sales, etc.
